Scaffolding is a very important carrier in building construction. Maintaining scaffolding is the responsibility of building construction safety. So how should the scaffolding be maintained? Whenever the steel bar is bent, the deformation should be straight and the damaged components should be repaired first to ensure that they can be used normally during construction. The use of scaffolding should be returned to the expenditure database in time and stored in categories. When stacking in the open air, the flatness and good drainage of the storage site should be ensured, bedding should be provided and covered with a tarp, and accessories and parts should be placed indoors.
When removing rust and anti-rust treatment on accessories, apply anti-rust paint at least once a year in places with high humidity. Fasteners should be oiled, and bolts should be galvanized to prevent rust. If there is no condition for galvanizing, wash with kerosene after each painting, and then apply engine oil to prevent rust. Small parts such as fasteners, nuts, plates, bolts and so on using disc scaffolding are easy to lose. When erecting, the redundant parts should be recovered and stored in time, and they should be checked and accepted in time when dismantling, and they should not be placed randomly. At the end of use, pay attention to when removing the corresponding scaffolding: When the shelf is dismantled, the work area shall be marked out, warning signs shall be erected around, and special personnel shall be assigned to supervise. Eight specialized personnel are in charge, and non-operators are prohibited from entering. Workers in high places who remove the shelf should wear safety helmets, safety belts, leg wraps, and soft shoes before they can be put on the shelf. To open the vertical pole, you must first hold the vertical pole and then open the second two buttons. When removing the large cross bar and the scissor support, you should first open the middle button, then hold down the middle, and then buckle the end buttons. When removing the scaffold, there must be a unified command, echo up and down, and coordinate actions. When the knot related to the other party is untied, the other party should be notified first to prevent falling. The dismantled materials are tied up with ropes and transported slowly with pulleys. Throwing is strictly prohibited. Materials transported to the ground should be piled up at designated locations, dismantled and transported in categories. The removed fasteners should be recovered and lubricated at the part where the bolt is to be rotated. When reinforcement is needed during the demolition work, it should be reinforced before demolition to prevent the frame from collapsing. It is strictly forbidden to touch the power cord near the scaffold when removing it to prevent accidents. During the demolition process, no substitutions are allowed. If substitutions are made, the demolition situation must be clear before leaving. Single-person demolition operations are strictly prohibited.
